NOTICE ON PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF GUESTS AT ELECTRUM SERVICE SP. Z O.O.

 

Dear Sirs and Madams; we process your personal data in order to verify persons entering and staying in the premises of Electrum Service Sp. z o. o., which includes processing of image by means of the functioning video surveillance system. Below we present detailed information on the processing of your personal data.

 

  1. The controller of the guests’ personal data is Electrum Service Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Białystok, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Białystok, 12th Commercial Department of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000690101, holding tax identification number: 9662114121; REGON number: 367979382, share capital of PLN 5,000.00, hereinafter referred to as “Electrum Service”.
  2. In all matters relating to the protection of personal data, including the exercise of your rights, you may contact us electronically at electrum-service@electrum-service.pl.
  3. The personal data provided, including data in the form of an image of a person registered by video surveillance cameras, will be processed by Electrum Service in order to pursue legitimate interests related to ensuring security within the premises and offices used by Electrum Service, protection of property and legally protected secrets and verification of guests.
  4. The recipients of the data may be companies providing ICT services, suppliers of technical equipment, companies providing property protection services, law firms and companies from the capital group cooperating with the controller.
  5. Guest data will be stored:
    a) for the period of limitation of possible claims,
    b) for video surveillance records: for a maximum period of 2 months, unless they are transmitted as part of ongoing judicial or administrative proceedings.
  6. Everyone has the right, with the limitations indicated in the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, to have access to the content of their data and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to transfer data, to object to the processing of data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
  7. The provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary to ensure safety and security at Electrum Service’s headquarters or offices and to verify visitors.

NOTICE ON PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF PEOPLE CONTACTING ELECTRUM SERVICE SP. Z O.O.

 

Dear Sirs and Madams, we would like to inform you that when you contact us by phone or by e-mail, your data may be processed. Below we present detailed information on the processing of your personal data.

 

  1. The controller of the personal data provided by you is Electrum Service Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Białystok, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Białystok, 12th Commercial Department of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000690101, holding tax identification number: 9662114121, REGON number: 367979382 share capital of PLN 5,000.00, hereinafter referred to as “Electrum Service”.
  2. In all matters relating to the protection of personal data, including the exercise of your rights, you may contact us electronically at electrum-service@electrum-service.pl.
  3. The personal data provided will be processed by Electrum Service
    a) to take action before concluding an agreement, concluding the agreement itself
    b) to pursue legitimate interests related to the need to deal with other events and matters that Electrum Service is obliged to do, including answering sent inquiries and maintaining further contact; 
    c) for other purposes related to the conducted business activity, including the pursuit of legally justified interests related to the need to pursue claims in relation to agreements performed and services provided;
    d) based on consent – for the purposes indicated in the consent.
  4. The personal data provided may be transferred to entities cooperating on the basis of data processing agreements, including subcontractors of provided services, providers of ICT services, technical equipment, companies providing property protection services, law firms and companies from the Electrum Service group.
  5. The personal data will be retained for the time necessary to deal with the reported case or event, but not longer than one year, for the duration of the agreement, and in the case of consent to the processing of personal data, until it is revoked, and after the end of the agreement, for the period related to the statute of limitations of claims arising from the agreement, as well as provided for by law in relation to the activities undertaken by inspection authorities.
  6. Everyone has the right, with the limitations indicated in the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, to have access to the content of their data and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to transfer data, to object to the processing of data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

INFORMATION ON DATA PROCESSING OF EMPLOYEES AND CO-WORKERS OF ELECTRUM SERVICE SP. Z O.O.

 

We would like to inform you that in connection with the conclusion of an agreement with the Client or in order to take action before the conclusion of such an agreement, we process your personal data as employees or associates of the Client, which are contact details. Below we present detailed information on the processing of your personal data.

 

  1. The controller of the personal data of representatives, attorneys, employees and workers of the Contractor is Electrum Service Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Białystok, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Białystok, 12th Commercial Department of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000690101, holding tax identification number: 9662114121, REGON number: 397979382, share capital of PLN 5,000.00, hereinafter referred to as the Principal.
  2. In all matters relating to the protection of personal data, including the exercise of your rights, you may contact us electronically at electrum-service@electrum-service.pl 
  3. The data made available to the Principal shall be processed for the purposes of concluding an agreement and for contact purposes, including those related to the execution of an agreement concluded between the Principal and the Contractor. The basis for the processing of personal data is the legally justified interest of the data controller who provided the data – the Contractor, as well as the legally justified interest of the Principal to whom the data were made available. It is a legitimate interest to be able to correctly and effectively execute the Agreement concluded between these entities.
  4. The Principal shall process the following categories of personal data: name, surname, position and contact details to the extent provided by the Contractor, who is the source of personal data.
  5. Personal data may be transferred to entities cooperating on the basis of data processing agreements, including subcontractors of provided services, providers of ICT services, technical equipment, courier companies, as well as other recipients, in particular postal operator and affiliated companies.
  6. Personal data shall be retained until the legitimate interests relating to the conclusion and implementation of the concluded Agreement, which are the basis for this processing, have been fulfilled, for archiving purposes as well as in connection with the statute of limitations on possible claims.
  7. Each of the persons to whom the data have been provided, with the limitations indicated in GDPR, have the right of access to the content of the data they have provided, as well as the right to rectify, delete, restrict the processing, transfer the data, object to the processing of the data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
  8. The provision of personal data of the Contractor’s representatives is a legal requirement for the conclusion of this Agreement and is necessary for its proper execution, and for employees and co-workers it is voluntary and affects the effectiveness and correctness of its execution. Failure to provide personal data will prevent the conclusion of the agreement and its execution or its proper implementation.

NOTICE ON PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF CONTRACTORS OF ELECTRUM SERVICE SP. Z O.O.

 

  1. The controller of the Contractor’s personal data is Electrum Service Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Białystok, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Białystok, 12th Commercial Department of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000690101, holding tax identification number: 9662114121; REGON number: 367979382, share capital of PLN 5,000.00, hereinafter referred to as the Principal.
  2. In all matters relating to the protection of personal data, including the exercise of your rights, you may contact us electronically at electrum-service@electrum-service.pl.
  3. The provided personal data will be processed by the Principal:
    a) to take action prior to the conclusion of the agreement and to implement the agreement;
    b) to fulfil the legal obligations incumbent on the controller with regard to the settlement of concluded agreements and keeping books of account as well as archiving tax documentation;
    c) for other purposes related to the conducted business activity, including the realization of legally justified interests related to the possible need to pursue claims under this agreement or cooperation with business intelligence agencies in order to verify the credibility and solvency of the Contractor, the need to duly fulfill legal obligations towards the Investor resulting from the Agreement concluded by the Principal;
    d) on the basis of consent – where consent is required and for the purposes indicated in the consent.
  4. Within the scope of the conducted activity related to the execution of the subject of the concluded agreements, the Principal may provide personal data to the following categories of recipients:
    a) entities cooperating on the basis of data processing agreements, including law firms, subcontractors of provided services, providers of ICT services, technical equipment, courier companies;
    b) affiliated companies;
    c) postal operators, banks and financial institutions as part of non-cash payments;
    d) public bodies and entities on the basis of the law, except for specific proceedings.
  5. The Contractor’s personal data shall be stored for the duration of the agreement, and in the case of consent to the processing of personal data, until its withdrawal, and after the end of the agreement for the period related to the statute of limitations of claims arising from the agreement, as well as provided for by law in relation to retention of documentation.
  6. The Contractor has the right, with the limitations indicated in the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, to have access to the content of their data and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to transfer data, to object to the processing of data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
  7. Providing personal data is a requirement of the law in order to conclude this agreement and is necessary for its proper execution, and for consent it is voluntary and affects the effectiveness and correctness of its execution, with the Contractor having the right to revoke consent at any time, however, the previous processing of data based on consent remains legal. Failure to provide personal data will prevent the conclusion of the agreement and its execution.
