Your duties:
- Preparing a project implementation plan and monitoring work progress in accordance with the adopted schedule,
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with the Investor/Ordering Party,
- Risk management, in particular risk analysis and qualitative project management,
- Development and supervision of the budget of individual project stages in order to optimize project costs and increase profits,
- Team management, in particular delegating tasks, verifying work effects and taking care of the development of project team members,
- Cooperation with external partners involved in the implementation of the project, including subcontractors,
- Managing information and communication with members of the project team, other entities involved in the implementation of the project, including other departments of the Company,
- Analysis of the project’s effectiveness during and after its completion,
- Optimization of time, costs and resources necessary to implement the project.
We expect:
- Higher technical education,
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position,
- Knowledge of English allowing working with documentation and enabling free communication,
- Highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills,
- Ability to manage and motivate a project team, ability to manage team work,
- Ability to plan work and work under time pressure,
- Analytical approach to the tasks performed,
- Ability to report the status of tasks and assess the risk of their implementation,
- Very good organization of own work and that of the team,
- The desire for personal development,
- Studies in project management will be an additional advantage.
